Pierogi ruskie free style

Ingredients:

Ciasto na 25 sztuk : 3 szklanki mąki, pół łyżki soli, łyżka masła, szklanka wrzącej wody

Farsz : 250 g twarogu tłustego, duża cebula, 2 ugotowane ziemniaki, sól, pieprz biały

Dodatki : boczek :)

Prepare instructions:

Z reguły robię najpierw farsz, żeby składniki dobrze się skomponowały.Cebulę kroję na drobną kostkę i smażę na złoty kolor na patelni. Miksuję najpierw ser na gładką masę, w osobnej misce miksuję ziemniaki. Łączę wszystko razem z przestudzoną cebulą. Cała sztuka to przyprawienie. Uważam, że najlepiej według gustu. U mnie jest to kilka podejść, żeby smak był dokładnie taki jak lubi mój Miś ( bo osobiście nie przepadam za pierogami

Mąkę na ciasto wsypuję do dużej miski, dodaję sól i masło, zalewam wrzącą wodą i wyrabiam najpierw łyżką, a gdy już ciasto się połączy - ręką. Gdy się lepi trzeba dodać jeszcze trochę mąki. Zostawiam je na 10 minut. Potem rozwałkuję na blacie i wykrawam szklanką. Gotuję zaraz po zrobieniu. Zostawiam na następny dzień i smażę na patelni razem z pokrojonym w kostkę boczkiem.

Podobno bardzo dobrze smakuje!

Dzisiaj będę robiła, wygląda na to, że nie ma z tym dużo roboty, a czy będą smakowały to zobaczymy :) wszystko tkwi w tajemniczym składniku zwanym przyprawą:) Pozdrawiam
