Pierogi z ziemniakami

Very easy

Ingredients:

ciasto:
1/2 kg mąki
1 łyżka margaryny lub oleju
gorąca woda

farsz:
ok. 70 dkg ziemniaków
2 cebule duże
tłuszcz do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę tradycyjnie uformować w wianuszek, posoli. Dodać tłuszcz i wlewać bardzo gorąca wodę. Na początek "zagniatam" łyżką lub nożem. Wody tyle by ciasto ładnie odchodziło od ręki. Rozwałkować i wyciąć pierogi. Polecam kwadraty jest mniej zabawy ze ścinkami a smakują tak samo.
Farsz:
Ugotować w osolonej wodzie ziemniaczki. Odcedzić. Ugnieść. Na tłuszczu (można na boczku lub z kiełbaską) zeszklić drobna pokrojoną cebulę. Wymieszać ziemniaki z cebulką. Dodać sól i pieprz do smaku.

Najlepsze są odgrzewane na maśle. Do tego gorący barszczyk i obiadek gotowy.

Uwaga: ilość składników podana jest na oko. Czy farszu wystarczy czy zabraknie to zależy jakie kto pękate robi pierogi. Ale nadmiar farszu można zawsze podsmażyć na patelni i zjeść np: z jajkiem sadzonym i kefirkiem.

Takie pierogi robila babcia mojego męża.Były pyszne. Pamietam ten smak sprzed wielu lat.Niby mnie nauczyla, ale tamte miały to cos, jak mawiała dusze, moje są podobne, ale inne. Ta cebulka, ten boczus, pychota --POLECAM. gosia mysia
