Ingredients:

---małe opakowanie kwaśnej smietany 12%
---1,5 szklanki mąki
---1 jajo
---5 jabłek
---0,5 łyżczki proszku do pieczenia
---cukier waniliowy
---trochę mleka
---szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Jabłuszka obrać i jak kto woli-zetrzeć na grubych oczkach lub pokroić w drobne kawałeczki.
Wszystkie składniki zmiksować i smażyć na oleju niewielkie placuszki. Gotowe posypać cukrem pudrem.

To są placuszki, które jadałam u mojej babci jako dziecko. Pamiętam, że je uwilbialiśmy. Teraz przepada za nimi mój synuś oraz...mąż. Ten ostatni polewa je sobie dodatkowo sokiem lub dżemem. SMACZNEGO.

bettsi śmietanę dodajemy "do środka", ale ja dodatkowo polałam nią już upieczone placuszki i na koniec posypałam cukrem.

co to znaczy "troche mleka"?

Trochę tzn tyle żeby ciasto osiąhnęło odpowiednią konsystencję. W przepisie jest podana mąka w szkl. a wiadomo, ze każda szklanka ma inna pojemnosc.

Placuszki przepyszne. Zrobiłam z 200 g jogurtu greckiego i 3 jajkami. Nie chłoną dramatycznie tłuszczu i są mięciutkie i aromatyczne. Najlepsze posypane cukrem kryształem.
