Ingredients:

1,5 szklanki mleka

1 jajko

2 łyżeczki cukru,

1 cukier waniliowy (8g)

1/2 łyżeczki cynamonu

szczypta soli

3 duże kwaśna jabłka (najlepsza szara reneta)

2 szklanki mąki

olej do smażenia

*1 szkl = 250ml

Prepare instructions:

Mleko, jajko, cukier, cukier waniliowy, cynamon i sól ubijamy mikserem, dodajemy makę. Ciasto musi byc dosyć gęste tzn. bardziej gęste niż na naleśniki. Do ciasta dodajemy obrane i starte na tarce jabłka.

Niewielkie placuszki smażymy na gorącym oleju.

ile placuszków wychodzi z tych składników? Chciałabym je dzisiaj zrobić :)

Zrobiłam dzisiaj. Wyszły idealne (a zawsze mialam problemy z gęstością ciasta...). Tylko zamiast jabłek dałam banany, ale z jabłuszkami też niedługo spróbuję. Dzieci były zachwycone, z pewnością ten przepis już u mnie zostanie na wieki i na pokolenia :))))
