3 średnie cukinie.

1 ząbek czosnku .

1/4 op fety(ok 2 lyżek fety)

2 jajka.

7 lyżek mąki.

odrobina pietruszki.

Sol i pieprz do smaku.

Skladniki na sos Tzacyki :

1 maly ogórek.

2 zabki czosnku .

3 łyżki śmietany.

pól lyzeczki oliwy

kilka kropel octu winnego

sól i pieprz do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Cukinie umyć,zetrzec na tarce o grubych oczkach.Posolić zostawic na 5 minut aby pusciła wode.Odcisnac wode od cukini, dodać przecisnięty przez praske czosnek,pokruszona fete, posiekana pietruszkę, jajka i przyprawic do smaku. Smażyc na oleju.

Ogórka zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach.Posolić zostawic na 5 minut aby puśćił wode.Odcisnąć wode od ogórka, dodac czosnek przecisnięty przez praske,dodac śmietane , oliwe,ocet, przyprawy do smaku.Wstawić do lodówki na 30 minut. Smacznego:)

Nie próbowałam z takim serkiem, a feta i tak nie wiele wpływa na smak, więc placki bez żadnego sera są tak samo pyszne.

Feta wpływa na konsystencję placków, lepiej łączy, z twarogiem też są ok, ale już nie tak delikatne. A jeśli chcesz zmienić smak dodaj troche tartego żółtego sera, też są super, bardziej chrupiące :)
