Ingredients:

4-6 porcji

6-8 dużych ziemniaków

1 duża puszka filetow anchois (sardele w konserwie, najlepsze firmy Abba)

2 cebule

1/2 łyżeczki soli

parę szczypt mielonego białego pieprzu

2 łyżki stołowe masła

1 i 1/2 dl słodkiej śmietanki

2-3 łyżki bułki tartej do panierowania

1 dl = 100 ml

Prepare instructions:

To jest najbardziej znana zapiekanka w Szwecji, danie narodowe, ktore jest zawsze na bufetach szwedzkich oraz na każde święta.

1. Obrane ziemniaki utrzeć na grubej tarce, albo pokroic w cienkie slupki.
2. Posiekać cebule.
3. Wysmarować żarodporną formę i ukladać warstwami ziemniaki, cebule, sardele. Kazdą warstwę przyprawiać solą i pieprzem, zaczynać od ziemniakow i kończyć ziemniakami.
4. Poukładać paski masła na ostatniej warstwie, zalać śmietaną i posypać tartą bułką

5. Piec w nagrzanym piekarniku (225 stopni) okolo 30- 45 minut, na ładny kolor.

Danie bardzo smaczne. W polskich warunkach proponuje użycie rybek z jednej puszki 'Anchovis po skandynawsku' na połowę ilości składników w przepisie. Na górę można posypać startym żółtym serem (2-3 łyżki na ilośc składników z przepisu). Należy uważać z ilością dodawanej soli.
Dziekuję autorce za przepis i pozdrawiam!

Pyszna zapiekanka. Ja nie tre ziemniakow na tarce, tylko kroje je w bardzo cienkie plasterki.
