Polędwiczki w sosie ze świeżych kurek

Ingredients:

ok 600 g polędwiczek wieprzowych
300 g świeżych kurek
1 mała cebula
ząbek czosnku
2 łyżki posiekanej natki pietruszki
4 łyżki śmietany 18%
1 łyżka mąki pszennej
czubata łyżka masła
2 łyżki oleju roślinnego

Prepare instructions:

Delikatne polędwiczki w sosie z przepysznych świeżych kurek, danie przywołujące smakiem wspomnienia z wakacji na mazurach...

Pokrojone w plasterki polędiwczki, delikatnie rozbić reką z jednej strony, posolić, popieprzyć, natrzeć przeciśnietym przez praskę czosnkiem. Wstawić do lodówki na ok 1h.

Po upływie godziny podsmażyć polędwiczki z obu stron, zdjąć z patelni. Na pozostały tłuszcz wsypać wypłukane i odciśniete z namiaru wody kurki oraz drobno pokrojoną cebulę. Smażyć kilka minut, następnie zalać szklanką wody i dusić na wolym ogniu ok 15 min.

Śmietanę wymieszać z mąką, kilkoma łyżkami wywaru i wlać na patelnię. Doprawić solą, pieprzem, dodać mieso i gotować jeszcze chwilę. Na koniec wsypć drobno posiekaną pietruszkę.
