Pyszne świąteczne pierniczki

Ingredients:

1 słoik miodu(ok.400ml)
1 i 1/4 szkl. cukru
3 duże łyżki kakao
1/2 kostki masła
4 jajka
1 kg mąki pszzennej(przesianej)
1/2 szkl. kefiru lub kwaśnego mleka
3 łyżki sody oczyszczonej
przyprawa do piernika

Prepare instructions:

Słoik miodu, cukier, kakao, masło i przyprawe do piernika roztopić na gazie. Przestudzić, dodać całe jajka, przesiana mąke, kwaśne mleko lub kefir i sodę. Zostawić na 2 godziny w cieple, wierzch posypując mąką i okrywając ręcznikiem. Po czasie rozwałkować i wykrawać ciasteczka. Piec 30 min w 170 st. Po upieczeniu i ostudzeniu przełożyć pierniczki do pojemników zamykanych szczelnie na tydzień, a gdy mija to w drugim tygodniu co drugi dzień włożyć i zmieniać skórki z jabłek, powoduje to zmiękczenie pierniczków i daje pyszny aromat. 2 dni przed świętami udekorować pierniczki:)

Bardzo ciekawy przepis, z kwaśnym mlekiem jeszcze nie robiłam. Bozic, ile dni przed świętami pieczesz te pierniczki???

No tak, nie doczytałam do końca przepisu i zadaje pytania a odp jest napisana.

ja w sumie robiłam te pierniczki tak na początku grudnia to wtedy na święta są pyszniutkie i mięciutkie:)
