Ingredients:

Fyllning

5dl vispgrädde 27-30%
200g vitt blockchoklad
200g kokosflingor
3pkt ”Snieżka” (polskt vispgrädde i pulver form, kan köpas i polsk affär

Tårtbotten

6 ägg
2,5 dl socker
1 tsk vaniljsocker
2 tsk bakpulver
2,5dl vetemjöl
saft av ½ citron

Prepare instructions:

Värm vispgrädde. Smält chokladen i grädden. Låt svalna tills den är riktigt kall, ställ gärna i kylskåp eller frys en stund.Häll 3 pkt ”Snieżka” i den kalla grädden och vispa till en tjock massa. Blanda kokosflingorna så att dem fördelas jämt i massan.
Lägg massan på Tårtbottnen , dekorera med kokosflingorna eller nåt annat.

Vispa äggvitorna ihop med sockren till en fast skum. Därefter mixa ihop resterande: äggulor, mjöl och bakpulver.Smörj bakformen med margarin. Häll degen i formen och grädda ca.30min i 180 grader.Pensla in citronsaften på det färdigräddade tårtbotten.

wlasnie. Nie rozumiem dlaczego wpisujecie tutaj przepisy nie po polsku.
