Ingredients:

1/2 szklanki ryżu.
1 mała puszka groszku konserwowego
albo 1 szklanka groszku mrożonego lub świeżego,
12 dag boczku,
1 łyżka oliwy,
1 duża cebula,
czosnek.
1 łyżka posiekane) natki pietruszki,
sól, pieprz,
tłuszcz do formy.

Prepare instructions:

Ryż opłukać, zagotować (krótko) w dużej ilości wrzącej wody, odcedzić. Boczek pokroić w kostkę, cebulę posiekać. Podsmażyć boczek i cebulę na oliwie, pod koniec dodać roztarty czosnek. Jeśli groszek jest mrożony lub świeży, obgotować krótko we wrzącej wodzie. Dziś zrobiłam i byo super! Dodałam jeszcze (ściagając z innych twoich przepisów na risotta) tarty parmezan i troszke tartego żółtego sera. Wyszło pyszne, polecam!

ojej - bardzo dobre, mimo że mocno to zmieniłam: ryż ugotowałam z curry, żeby był żółciutki i z wyrazem, a zamiast to zapiekać to po prostu zasmażyłam na patelni, ale było supcio :D
