Ingredients:

25 dag brązowego cukru
łyżka stołowa miodu
3 łyżki wody
laska cynamonu
mały rum
rodzynki

Prepare instructions:

Do rondelka wsypać cukier i wlać wodę.Ugotować syrop.W trakcie gotowania dołożyć laskę cynamonu i miód.Gdy syrop po wylaniu kropelki na talerz gęstnieje znaczy,że już jest gotowy :)
Wyłączyć i powoli dolewać rumu - łyżeczkami ,ponieważ syrop jest bardzo gorący i wlanie całości od razu grozi wykipieniem i poparzeniem.
Po wlaniu rumu syrop jeszcze raz doprowadzić na małym gazie do wrzenia.
Do wyparzonych słoiczków nałożyć rodzynek - 3/4 wysokości słoika i zalać syropem.Zakręcić.

Pyszne jako przekąska,dodatek do deserów i lodów :)
Ja użyłam dużych rodzynek :)

Witaj. Co to znaczy "maly rum"? Tzn ile ml takowy powinien miec? Ponadto wydaje mi sie zbyt mala ilosc wody- chyba ze maly rum to wiecej niz sobie w tej chwili mysle... Z gory dziekuje za odpowiedzi.

W sklepach są takie małe buteleczki z alkoholami.Mają o ile dobrze pamiętam chyba 50ml.
Poza tym jeśli masz w barku normalną butelkę rumu to rodzynki warto zrobić na swój osobisty smak i moc :)
