Ingredients:

60 dkg. mąki

15 dkg. masła

7 dkg. cukru

4 żółtka

7 dkg. drożdży

3 cukry waniliowe

1 szkl. mleka

szczypta soli

Krem czekoladowy, gotowy.

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie skadniki mają być ciepłe. Połączyć w naczyniu, wyrabiać ręką 20 minut, dodać masło i jeszcze 5 minut wyrabiać. Odstawić do wyrośnięcia na 20 minut.

Po tym czasie rozwałkować na grubość ok. 8 mm, wycinać radełkiem trójkąty. Długie i wąskie. Na każdy trójkąt kłaść czekoladę i zostawić do wyrośnięcia na 10 minut. Posmarować żółtkiem roztrzepanym ze słodką śmietanką. Można posypać cukrem. Piec w temp.200 st. aż będą rumiane,tz około 20 minut.

rogaliki wyglądają b.apetycznie-czy masło ma byc roztopione i drożdzebezpośrednio dodane do ciasta.

margaryne rozpusćcie a drożdze wymieszajcie z mlekiem. naprawde duzo szybciej i lepiej wychodza. pzdr
