Ryż zapiekany z jabłkami

Ingredients:

200 g ryżu
szklanka mleka
torebka cukru waniliowego
4-5 jabłek (w zależności od potrzeby)
łyżka masła
cukier – parę łyżek wg uznania
cynamon
2 jajka
szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:

Ryż gotować bardzo wolno, w szklance mleka z dodatkiem szczypty soli i cukru waniliowego oraz łyżki masła, aż wsiąknie prawie całe mleko. Jabłka obrać, zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach. Białka oddzielić od żółtek. Żółtka ubić na puszystą pianę a białka na sztywno. Delikatnie połączyć z ryżem.

Naczynie posmarować tłuszczem. Wyłożyć połowę ryżu, następnie połowę jabłek – posypać cukrem i cynamonem. Następnie ponownie ułożyć pozostały ryż i jabłka, posypać cukrem i cynamonem.

Piec ok 25 minut w temp. 180 stopni.

A jak podawać?

Można estetycznie- kroić na kawałki i zachowując warstwy…

ale ja najbardziej lubię typowy misz-masz, Wszystko pomieszane w miseczce :)

Po wierzchu można polać śmietaną.

Witam nie wiem czemu nie ma tu opini. jak dla mnie ryż super polecam wszystkim łasuchom.

super nie przepadam za ryżem - ale w takiej postaci moge go jeść na okrągło
