sałatka kukurydziana z jajkiem i grzybami

Ingredients:

pół kilo pieczarek lub innych grzybów
2 puszki kukurydzy (musi byc z puszki lub świeża, z mrożoną nie wychodzi taka smaczna)
5 jajek
ogórek konserwowy
i mała cebulka lub por
majonez
torkeba ryżu
przyprawy do smaku: sól, pieprz, dla chętnych kminek

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki myjemy, drobno kroimy i lekko dusimy, nawet kilka minut, żeby tylko lekko zmiękkły, delikatnie solimy.
Jajka gotujemy na twardo. Ryż także gotujemy.
Do miski wsypujemy kukurydzę, dodajemy ogórka konserwowego pokrojonego w kosteczkę. Łączymy wszystko z cebulą lub porem, również bardzo drobno posiekanym.
Po ostygnięciu dodajemy pieczarki, ryż i jajka które najlepiej jak najdrobniej kroimy.
Łączymy wszystko z majonezem i doprawiamy do smaku.
Ja dodaję kminek, ale bez niego również wychodzi bajeczna.

Musialam przeczytac przepis zebysiedowiedziec ze jest to salatka.Z nazwy potrawy to niestety nie wynika.Niemniej jednak przepis jest fajny i prosty.

Sałatka czekała jakiś czas na wypróbowanie i...okazała się wielkim sukcesem na urodzinowym stole, pycha- dziwi mnie brak komentarzy, bo sałatka jest pyszna.
