Schab z kiełbasą

Ingredients:

schab bez kości
cienka kiełbasa
czosnek

sól, pieprz, papryka, vegeta

Prepare instructions:

Schab umyć osuszyć, nożem wykonać otwór przez całą długość schabu (przebić z obu stron). Posypać solą, pieprzem, papryką i natrzeć roztartymi z solą 2 ząbkami czosnku. W utworzone nacięcie włożyć kiełbasę. Zostawić na kilka godzin (najlepiej na noc) w szczelnym naczyniu w lodówce.

Mięso piec (najlepiej następnego dnia) w piekarniku w temperaturze 180°C około 1,5 godz. W czasie pieczenia mięso przewrócić.

Ja piekę w naczyniu otwartym, ale na początku pieczenia (ok. 30 minut) przykrywam mięso folią aluminiową. Nie podlewam tłuszczem, bo ze schabu troszkę się tłuszczyku wytopi. Tuż po upieczeniu (gorące) przekładam do zamykanego naczynia - trochę się "zaparuje" i nie jest suche.

Danie może niezbyt wyszukane, ale dość efektownie się prezentuje. W moim rodzinnym domu serwowane jako wędlina - na zimno.
