Ingredients:

25 dkg cukru

1/4 l wody

75 dkg miodu

10 dkg margaryny

2 jajka

1kg i 25 dkg mąki

25dkg orzechów

przyprawa do pierników

25 g amoniaku

1 proszek do pieczenia

Prepare instructions:

Wodę z cukrem zagotować.

Jajka w całości ubić.

Wsypać do miski :

mąkę, przyprawę, proszek, amoniak i orzechy mielone - wymieszać .

Dodać miękką margarynę - wyrobić, następnie wodę z cukrem chłodną, jajka i miód

Wszystko razem wyrobić.

W przypadku bardzo lejącego miodu dodać więcej mąki.

Przepis naprawdę sprawdzony ,

W moim domu od lat robi się z tego przepisu pierniczki i zawsze są wyśmienite.

Śliczne te pierniczki ,dodane do ulubionych czekają w kolejce do wyprubowania na święta
