Tiramisu-pyszna sprawa

Ingredients:

50 dag mielonego sera
20 dag śmietanki 36%
0,5 szl cukru
2 jajka
2 łyżeczki kawy rozpuszczalnej
5 dag czekolady mlecznej

1 opakowanie biszkoptów

Prepare instructions:

No więc na początku rozpuszczamy kawę w szklance wody i odstawiamy do ostygnięcia.
Teraz zabieramy się za ciacho..;).....jajka ubijamy na parze, dodajemy porcjami cukier.Tak powstałą masę zdejmujemy z pary i troszku studzimy.Później dodajemy ser i ubijamy mikserem.W oddzielnej miseczce ubijamy śmietankę( ja osobiście zawsze ubijam śmietanę30%) i łączymy ją z masa serową.
Na wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia tortownicy układamy nasączone w kawie biszkopty, na niepołowę masy serowej, a następnie biszkopty nasycone kawą i resztę masy. Wierzch posypać startą czekoladą bądź wiórkami i wstawić do lodówki na 3 godzinki...

Ciasto jest bardzo proste i smakowite...przepis dostałam od koleżanki..

Być może ale to nie zminia faktu że to ciasto jest pyszne(jak dla mnie, bo przecież każdy ma inny gust)
