Tort kawowo bezowy na zimno RARYTAS

Ingredients:

1 i pół szklanki mocnej kawy rozpuszczalnej lub z ekspresu (9 łyżeczek)
niepełna szklanka cukru
8 żółtek
2 czubate łyżki mąki
1 i pół kostki masła (ok. 400 g)
100 g DROBNO zmielonych orzechów najlepiej włoskich
100 g małych bezów

porcja na tortownicę 25 cm

Prepare instructions:

Wystudzoną kawę wymieszać z cukrem, żółtkami i mąką, zagotować do uzyskania gęstego budyniu. Podczas gotowania najlepiej miksować, nie przypali się i dobrze połączy. Ostudzić, wymieszać z masłem i 2/3 orzechów. Przełożyć masę trzema warstwami bezów (mają być świeże, niewysuszone), w tym dolną lekko pokruszyć, by pokrywała dno, a górną ułożyć do góry nogami. Resztą orzechów posypać wierzch tortu i schłodzić w lodówce. Jak się komuś chce, przyozdobić czekoladowymi liśćmi lub wiórkami. Trzymać w chłodnym miejscu.

Tort jest elegancki, ładnie wygląda zwłaszcza po przekrojeniu ale tylko my wiemy, że uzyskaliśmy ten efekt tak małym wysiłkiem
