Ciasto

200 gram mąki
200 gram cukru
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1/2 łyzeczki sodu oczyszczonej
2 łyzeczki aromatu waniliowego
150 ml kwasnej smietany
175 gram masla
1/3 szklanki kakao
2 jajka

Masa
175 gram polslodkiej czekolady
75 gram masla
300 gram cukru pudru
75 gram smietany kwasnej

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO

    1. Wszytskie składniki ciasta wymieszac ze soba do uzyskania jednolitej aksamitnej masy

    2. Przelac do 2 tortownic 20 cm by uzyskac dwa blaty. Wstawic do wczesniej nagrzanego piekarnika (180 st) i piec 30 35 min

    3. Blaty chwiel ostudzic i wstawic na 10-15 min do lodowki

MASA

    1. czekolade i maslo rozpuscic pilnowac by sie nie przypalilo

    2. dodac cukier puder i smietane do rozpuszczonej czekolady mieszac do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji

Moze sie wydawac ze masy jest za malo by pokryc caly tort ale da sie pokryc i jeszcze duzo zostaje. Nigella wykorzystala cala mase i tort byl pokryty gruba warstwa masy czekoladowej!!! MNIAM

staroświecko? chętnie zobaczyłabym KasiuS zdjęcie tortu, acha, to było w dzisiejszym odcinku to nie zdążyłaś jeszcze spróbować, a może jest ten tort na stronie Nigelli? lubię nowości i zamierzam go wypróbować. Pozdrawiam
