Ingredients:

biszkopt z 4 jaj

składniki na mase:

80 dag truskawek ( mogą być mrożone)
10 łyżek cukru
2 budynie czerwone

1 margaryna Kasia
2 żółtka (jaja sparzone wcześniej!)

składniki na krem:
500 ml śmietany kremówki 30%
2 łyżki cukru pudru
3 fixy do śmietany

1 czekolada mleczna lub biała

Prepare instructions:

truskawki zmiksować z cukrem wymieszać z bydyniem i ugotować na gęsto i przestudzić
( moja mała porada) czasem truskawki sa mniej albo więcej soczyste i konsystencja tego ugotowanego budyniu ma być nie twarda ani też nie lejąca ale dająca się ładnie wymieszać- jeżeli wyjdzie wam za gęsty taki że nawet nie da się mieszać to w trakcie gotowania dolewajcie po troszku wody zimnej przegtowanej)

margarynę utrzeć na gładką masę i ucierając dodawać przestudzony budyń truskawkowy

wyłozyć masę na biszkopt

śmietanę ubić dodać pod koniec ubijania cukier i wsypać fiksy
wyłożyć na masę truskawkową

posypać startą czekoladą
włożyć do lodówki

można ten placek zrobić jako tort!

Po raz kolejny... ciacho palce lizać.. nie idzie się oprzeć. Dziś też sama robię... ale Basi zawsze leiej wychodzi

A co do śmietany, to super jest też w kubku (nie pudełku) z firmy PIĄTNICA, jest ona lejąca i taka jak ta w woreczku.

No a ta kremówka to tak sądzę 0,5 litra... bo nie napisałaś... też daję 3 fiksy do pół litra kremówki ...
