udka w panierce z alkoholem

Ingredients:

5 udek z kurczaka,
vegeta,
sok z cytryny,
2 zmielone bułki pełnoziarniste,
pieprz,
4 łyżki koniaku lub wódki,
3 łyżki roztopionego masła,
1 jajko,
natka pietruszki,
szczypior,
3-4 łyżki gęstej śmietany (kwaśnej),
4 łyżki musztardy

Prepare instructions:

Udka umyć i zdjąć skóre, natrzeć vegetą i skropić cytryną oprószyć pieprzem.

Przygotowac panierkę:
do bułki tartej dodać koniak, roztopione masło, musztardę, jajko,śmietanę, zioła i doprawić vegetą i pieprzem. Każde udko posmarować panierką. Pieć w nagrzanym piekarniku około 50 min ( jeżeli będą zbyt mocno brązowieć to przykryc folią)
Udka są pikantne i aromatyczne.

Czy zamiast bułek pełnoziarnistych może być zwykła bułka tarta ?

Przyznam że nie próbowałam ale chyba to nic nie zmieni , poprostu nie bedzie panierka taka ciemna pozdrawiam
