Ulubione ciacho mojego męża

Ingredients:

-4 jajka
-3/4 szklanki cukru
-0,5 szklanki oleju
-2 szklanki mąki
-3 duże jabłka pokrojone w drobną kostkę
-1 łyżeczka sody oczyszczonej
-2 łyżki kakao
-orzechy włoskie (ile nam się sypnie)
-rodzynki (jak wyżej)
-wiśnie z kompotu (według uznania)
-szczypta cynamonu

Prepare instructions:

Jajka ubić z cukrem na puszystą masę. Dodać olej i dokładnie wymieszać.
Mąkę wymieszać z pozostałymi sypkimi składnikami (czyli z kakao, cynamonem i sodą) i stopniowo dodawać do masy jajecznej. Gdy ciasto bądzie miało jednolitą konzystencję dodać jabłka, wiśnie rodzynki i posiekane orzechy. Jeszcze raz dokładnie wymieszać, a później przelać do formy i piec ok.50-55 minut w temparaturze 180 stopni.
Gotowe ciasto polać polewą czekoladową lub posypać cukrem pudrem. Jeśli chcecie zobaczyć co jest w nim tak wyjątkowego,że mój małżonek oszalał na jego punkcie musicie je upiec ;) Na pewno się nie zawiedziecie :D

witam!! mam pytanie malutkie : czy to ciasto należy piec w keksówce czy może być taka standardowa blaszka????

Ja piekę w blaszce 40x10 cm. Cieszę się,że poradziłaś sobie bez mojej rady (która muszę przyznać ze wstydem jest bardzo spóźniona...) i że ciasto Ci smakowało!
