Zapiekanka z brokułami i kalafiorem PYCHA

Ingredients:

1 kalafior
500 g brokułów
200 g. szynki ( gotowanej lub wcześniej podsmazonej )

SOS

50 g. masła
150 g. stratego sera (np. ementaler )
szklanka śmietanki ( 18%)
pół szklanki mleka
2 łyzki mąki
odrobina gałki muszkatołowej
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Kalafiorka pozbawic liści, umyć i podzielic na różyczki. Brokuły również obrać z liści, podzielić na różyczki, skrócić ogonki.
Zagotować w garnku wodę, osolić ją, i włozyć kalafior z brokułami.
Gotować aż będą miekkie.Wyjąć na sitko.

Rozgrzać piekarnik do 200⁰C.

Masło rozpuścic w garnku i zasmażyc mąke na brązowy kolor. Dodać mleko i śmietankę, gotować przez 4 min. mieszając.
Dodać ser, sól i pieprz i gotować jeszcze przez 3 min.

Kalafior z brokułami ułozyć na żaroodpornym półmisku, dodać szynkę i polać sosem serowym. Piec ok. 15 min.
