Zapiekanka z porów z szynką

Ingredients:

750 g porów
400 g szynki lub innej wędliny
1/2 szklanki mleka
4 jajka
sól, pieprz
16 łyżek startego sera
tłuszcz do formy

Prepare instructions:

Pory oczyścić, przekroić wzdłuż, dokładnie umyć pod bieżącą wodą. Pokroić w półplastry, wrzucić do wrzącej osolonej wody na 1 min. Przelać zimną wodą, osaczyć na sicie. Szynkę pokroić na plasterki. Piekarnik rozgrzać do temp. 220°C. Formę żaroodporną natłuścić, pory i szynkę układać warstwami. Na spodzie i na wierzchu powinny być pory. Jajka rozmącić z mlekiem, przyprawić, dodać starty ser, wymieszać. Zapiekankę polać sosem, wstawić do piekarnika na 20 min. Podawać na gorąco.

ciesze sie ,że jako pierwsza moge dodać kometarz:) Zapiekanka jest na prawde pyszna ,zrobiłam ja ostatnio na kolacje i na pewno jeszcze nie raz się na nią skuszę:)
