Zapiekanka z ziemniaków z boczkiem

Ingredients:

1,5 kg ziemniaków
dwie cebule
jeden por
25 dag boczku wędzonego
2 śmietany 30
groszek i fasola czerwona z puszki
ser żółty
sól
pieprz
zioła prowansalskie
kminek

Prepare instructions:

ziemniaki ugotować w mundurkach (w solonej wodzie z dodatkiem liścia laurowego, kilku ziaren ziela angielskiego i ząbkiem czosnku)

ugotowane ziemniaki ostudzić obrać i pokroić w talarki.
por umyć i pokroić białą część

śmietany wlać do garnka dodać pokrojony por i zagotować,

pokroić w kostkę boczek i smażyć na patelni, jak będzie podrumieniony dodać pokrojąną w kostkę cebulę i dalej smażyć aż cebuja się zarumieni lekko.

do garnka ze śmietaną i porem dodać pokrojone ziemniaki, boczek z cebulą i pogotować chwilę. Następnie dodać groszek i fasolę czerwoną (odcedzone) i wszystko doprawić przyprawami do smaku i dokładnie wymieszać.

Nagrzać piekarnik do 180 stopni, przełożyć wszystko do naczynia żaroodpornego i zapiekać ok. 35 min.

ale najlepiej smakuje na drugi dzień odgrzewana na patelni :-)

A śmietany to jaką mają mieć pojemność ?

w sumie powinno byc 400 ml śmietany ;-)

Niezależnie od przepisu, tj.: składników i sposobu. Zdecydowanie twierdzę, że boczek powinien być wędzony, i absolutnie nie podsmażany wcześniej. Wtedy odda zapach, i smak wędzonki ziemniaczkom ( aż się uśmiecham teraz )
