Żeberka z marchewką i kapustą

Ingredients:

80 dag chudych żeberek
sól, pieprz
1 łyżka majeranku
2 marchewki
1 duża cebula
1 główka młodej kapusty
kilka gałązek koperku
4 łyżki smalcu

Prepare instructions:

Mięso umyć, osuszyć, pokroić na porcje, oprószyć solą, pieprzem. majerankiem, odstawić. Kapusta umyć, osuszyć, grubo poszatkować. Marchewki umyć, obrać. pokroić w zapałki. Cebulę obrać, pokroić w piórka. Koperek opłukać, listki pokroić. W rondlu zagotować szklankę wody. Posolić, wrzucić kapustę, gotować przez 15 min (na półmiękko). Smalec rozgrzać w rondlu, żeberka zrumienić, wyjąć. Rozgrzać pozostały tłuszcz, wrzucić cebulę i marchewkę, smażyć kilka min. Dodać żeberka, podlać odrobiną wody. dusić 15 min. Wrzucić kapustę, wymieszać z mięsem i marchewką, dusić 15 min, posypać koperkiem. Podawać z ziemniakami.

dziś..właśnie na obiad zajadaliśmy się twoimi żeberkami.. bardzo ..smaczniutkie ..rewelacja..w ulubionych zapisane..jeszcze nie raz będą pałaszowane... dziękuję za przepis..pozdrawiam autora..Ania.!
