Ziemniaczki wg pani Niusi-pyszne

Very easy

Ingredients:

Przepis na 2 porcje
6 dużych, ugotowanych ziemniaków (mogą też być surowe, ale wtedy potrawa jest bardziej tłusta)
1-2 cebule
1-2 ząbki czosnku (lub czosnek granulowany)
2 jajka
3-4 łyżki mleka lub jogurtu naturalnego
1-2 plasterki serka topionego
przyprawa do ziemniaków
olej
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę i czosnek drobno pokroić. Ziemniaki pokroić w kostkę (lub w zapałki, jeżeli używamy surowych). Białka oddzielić od żółtek. Żółtka roztrzepać z mlekiem i przyprawą. Cebulę i czosnek podsmażyć chwilę, dodać ziemniaki i smażyć aż cebula będzie już lekko zrumieniona(w przypadku surowych ziemniaków należy najpierw je dobrze podsmażyć i wtedy dodać czosnek z cebulą). Wtedy wylać masę jajeczną i dodać serki. Smażyć aż do ścięcia jajecznej masy i wymieszać. Doprawić do smaku. Smacznego

A co z białkami? Nie używa się ich?

Przepraszam ze dopiero teraz odpowiadam. Nie, białek sie nie używa do tego przepisu, bo wyszlaby taka jajecznica a nie oto chodzi. Bialka zuzywam do robienia np. kokosanek. Pozdrawiam

aniu0809.. moze nie na temat komentarz, ale poco robisz takie wielkie odstepy w dodawaniu swoich komentarzy?? gdyby to byl papier, to pewnie, ryza wystarczylaby Ci na 2 komentarze..
a przepis ciekawy.. :) postaram sie o nim pamietac :)
