Zrazy z mięsa indyczego

Ingredients:

50 dag mięsa indyczego z udżca- mielonego
woda mineralna,łyżka kaszy manny,
2 żółtka

Farsz
4 plastry szynki
1 paryka czerwona
1 ogórek kiszony lub konserwowy
1 cebula średnia
1-2 ząbki czosnku
5 dag sera żółtego
Pieprz,sól,papryka chilli
Musztarda
Bułka tarta lub mąka
Olej lub smalec do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Do miski z męsem mielonym dodajemy żółtka
i trochę wody minealnej,dokładnie mieszamy
iwsypujemy kaszę mannę.Mięso nie moze być za wolne i musi dać się formować.
Wszystkie składniki farszu kroimy na paseczki ,szynkę zostawiamy w plastrach,a czosnek przepuszczamy przez praskę.
Deseczkę zwilżamy wodą i formujemy prostokąt o grubości 5-7 mm,smarujemy
obficie musztardą,następnie kładziemy płat
szynki oraz paseczki składników-sól,pieprz
i papryka chilli do smaku.Mięso podważamy

nożem i wilgotnymi rękami zawijamy dokładnie.Uformowanego zraza otaczamy mąką lub bułką tartą.
Zrazy smażymy na oleju lub smalcu na
ciemno złoty kolor z obu stron.
Przekładamy do rondla i dusimy 30 minut,
w międzyczasi obracamy aby byłyjedakie
z każdej strony.

zrobione , pyszniutkie , delikatne, wyborne!! Czosnek ok. 3 ząbków wcisnęłam do mięsa a reszta według przepisu!Obsmażyłam i dusiłam zalane wodą która doprawiłam ulubionymi przyprawami.Podałam z ziemniaczkami ! pycha , polecam ! u mnie w menu zostaje wpisane na stałe! Dzieki
