Kapusta młoda zasmażana

Ingredients:

l główka kapusty
1 cebula
pęczek koperku
łyżeczka masła
łyżeczka cukru
2 łyżki octu
łyżka mąki
sól i pieprz do smaku/wegeta/

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę poszatkować drobno,wymieszać z solą i zostawić na 1/2 go9dziny ,aby zmiękła.Następnie odcisnąć wodę .W rondlu zagotować 1/2 litra wody z poszatkowaną cebulą.Na gotującą się wodę wrzucić odciśniętą kapustę i doproadzić do wrzenia.Gotować kapustę na średnim ogniu 10 - 15 minut /uwaga:młoda kapusta gotuje się bardzo krótko/ W międzyczasie pokroić drono koperek i dodać do kapusty.Z masła i mąki zrobić zasmażkę lekko złocistą i dodać do kapusty.Zamieszać.Na końcu dodać cukier,pieprz oraz ocet do smaku.Jeżeli kapusta nie jest dobrze słona dodać wegety.

a ja daje keczup tez jest bardzo dobra,zamiast smalcu zawsze dodaje swiezo przetopiona sloninke bez skwarek,pyszotka.
