Zupa serowo-porowa

Ingredients:

Składniki:

0,5 kg mięsa mielonego
2 serki topione (śmietankowy, ziołowy)
1 średni por
2 średnie marchewki
1 mała pietruszka
3 ziarenka ziela angielskiego
2-3 liście laurowe
sól i pieprz do smaku
sos sojowy ciemny do smaku
natka pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Warzywa (marchewkę i pietruszkę) zetrzeć na tarce na dużych oczkach, por pokroić w krążki (zarówno białą jak i zieloną część). Mięso mielone podsmażyć na patelni (około 5-10 minut). Do mięsa mielonego dodać marchewkę i pietruszkę, poddusić z niewielką ilością wody (około 5 minut), a następnie dodać por oraz dusić jeszcze przez chwilkę. Do garnka przełożyć mięso z warzywami, zalać gorącą wodą i gotować 5 -10 minut. Do osobnego naczynia/miski włożyć serki topione, zalać 3-5 łyżkami gorącej wody lub wywaru i dokładnie wymieszać na płynną masę. Gdy mięso i warzywa są już miękkie, dodać serki topione, sól, pieprz oraz sos sojowy do smaku. Po dodaniu serków topionych już nie gotować. Na koniec posypać posiekaną natką pietruszki.

Zupę można podawać z grzankami lub groszkiem ptysiowym. Polecam i życzę smacznego!!

to chyba wyjdzie jakis rzadki sos albo "lycha staje" zupa. Ile wody do tej zupy?
