Zupa węgierska gulaszowa

Ingredients:

500-700g wołowiny na gulasz
2-3 cebule
0,7 - 1kg pomidorów
3-4 średnie papryki (fajnie jak są różnych kolorów)
150 - 200g makaronu zacierki
5 - 6 średniej wielkości ziemniaków
2 marchewki
korzeń pietruszki
seler
por
200 ml mleka
1,5 - 2 łyżki mąki

natka pietruszki
koperek
Przyprawy:
listek laurowy
ziele angielskie
papryka słodka i ostra

Prepare instructions:

1. Mięso pokroić drobno ( ja kroję w kostkę ok. 1x1cm). Wrzucić do garnka, nalać wody ok 2. litry. Dodać listek i ziele.Wstawić, aby się gotowało.
2. Cebulę posiekać dość drobno i zeszklić na patelni, wrzucić 2/3 do garnka.
3.Przygotować warzywa: marchew pokroić w kostkę, seler i pietruszkę zetrzeć na tarce na grubych oczkach, por pokroić w półplasterki.
4.Gotować do miękkości mięsa. Dodać pokrojone w kostkę ziemniaki.
5. Pomidory sparzyć, pokroić drobno. Parprykę pokroić w paseczki lub kostkę. Na patelni na pozostałej 1/3 cebuli wrzucić paprykę jak będzie miękka dodać pomidory. Smażyć 5 -10 minut. Dodać do garnka jak będą miękkie ziemniaki. Gotować 10-15 minut.

6. W oddzielnym garnku ugotować zacierki na półmiękko. Dodać do zupy. Chwilę pogotować. Dodać paprykę ostrą i słodką, posolić, popieprzyć. Doprawić do smaku.
7. Przygotować mleko z mąką i wlać do garnka. Zagotować. Dodać drobno pokrojoną natkę pietruszki i koperek.
