Ingredients:

500 g skrzydelek drobiowych,
ok.1,5 l.wody,
2 marchewki (niekoniecznie),
1 pietruszka (niekoniecznie),
1 listek laurowy,
3 ziarna ziela angielskiego,
ok.120 g przecieru pomidorowego,
smietana kremowka 30%,
sol,pieprz,vegeta,
odrobina oleju,
natka pietruszki.

Prepare instructions:

Mieso myjemy wrzucamy do garnka z woda.Dodajemy listek,ziele i sol.Marchew i pietruszke obieramy myjemy i zcieramy na tarce.Dodajemy do miesa.Gotujemy wszystko,az mieso bedzie miekkie.W tym czasie przecier pomidorowy przesmazamy na patelni na odrobince oleju,stale mieszajac,zeby przecier nie przypalil sie.
Gdy wszystko jest juz miekkie,skrzydelka wyciagamy i dodajemy przecier.Zagotowac.Odstawic.Dodac smietanki.Ewentualnie doprawic.
Posypac swieza zieleninka.Podawac np.z ryzem,makaronem domowym,grzankami itd...

Mozna rowniez ryz ugotowac wczesniej i pozniej dodac do garnka do gotowej juz zupki pomidorowej.

Zawsze przesmazam przecier pomidorowy,poniewaz zupka jest smaczniejsza i ma inny smak,do bigosu czy kapusniaczku rowniez polecam.

Dla mnie to jest zupełnie normalna (czytaj: najpyszniejsza na świecie) pomidorówka, u mnie w domu zawsze tak sie ją właśnie robi. Ale ostatnio mama zrobiła pomidorową z soczewicą i serkiem ziołowym - niebo w gębie!!
