Żurek po męsku

Ingredients:

(Zupa dla wielbicieli solidnych tłustych dań:) "Słabiakom" dziękujemy :) )
(Uwaga jeszcze jedna - nie ma NIC lepszego na "dzień po". Zwłaszcza dla "słabiaków")

2 pętka białej kiełbasy
250g surowego boczku
200g boczku wędzonego
2 pętka kiełbasy zwyczajnej pokrojonej w plastry
włoszczyzna
1-1,5 szklanki ukiszonego żuru
2 ząbki czosnku
liść laurowy
cebula
pół szklanki kwaśnej śmietany
pieprz
sól
majeranek suszony

Prepare instructions:

Do półtora litra wrzącej wody włożyć kiełbasę, boczek wędzony, ząbek czosnku, liść laurowy, obraną włoszczyznę i cebulę. Zagotować, doprawić solą i pieprzem, gotować dalej pod przykryciem, aż kiełbasa i jarzyny będą miękkie. W międzyczasie pokroić surowy boczek w kostkę i usmażyć skwarki na patelni.
Z wody Wyjąć kiełbasę, boczek, wywar przecedzić, ponownie zagotować. Wlać żur i zagotować, mieszając. Zmniejszyć ogień, wrzucić kiełbasę zwyczajną i skwarki z boczku. Wsypać majeranek. Gotować na bardzo małym ogniu jeszcze 10 minut. Na pięć minut przed końcem dodać śmietanę, roztarty ząbek czosnku, doprawić solą i pieprzem i znowu majerankiem jeśli smak tego wymaga.

Podawać z ugotowaną wcześniej białą kiełbasą pokrojoną w plastry i jajkiem na twardo. Można dodać ugotowane ziemniaki.

Robię tak żurek od lat, żeby było jeszcze tłuściej - dodaję wędzone żeberkai; na koniec wrzucam kilka suszonych grzybów. Tak jak napisane - nic lepszego na "dzień po" :)
