Buraczki z wieprzowiną

Ingredients:

500 g buraków
100 g boczku
4-5 pieczarek
250 g wieprzowiny
500 g cebuli
2-3 ząbki czosnku
2 łyżki masła
1 łyżka oleju
3 listki laurowe
3 jagody jałowca
2 łyżki mąki
sól, pieprz
4 łyżki octu winnego
300 ml bulionu wołowego z kostki
2 łyżki posiekanego koperku

Prepare instructions:

Buraki i pieczarki obrać, umyć, pokroić. Boczek pokroić w kostkę. Mięso umyć, osuszyć, pokroić w nieduże kawałki. Cebulę i czosnek obrać, posiekać. Mięso i boczek zrumienić na rozgrzanym w rondlu oleju i łyżce masła. Wlać 1/2 bulionu, dusić 15min. Resztę masła stopić na patelni, zeszklić cebulę i czosnek. Dodać pieczarki, mąkę, przyprawy, wlać ocet, wymieszać, smażyć 2-3 min, przełożyć do mięsa. Wlać resztę bulionu, dusić 15 min. Pokrojone buraki dodać do mięsa, dusić dalsze 25 min. Dosolić do smaku. Potrawę tuż przed podaniem posypać koperkiem.

Przepis niedopracowany. "Buraki pokroić" - ale jak pokroić żeby udusiły się w 25 minut? Ja pokroiłam za grubo i godzina nie wystarczyła, w tym czasie mięso prawie "wyparowało":)

"Wieprzowina" - zrobiłam z karkówki, sądzę, że o niebo lepsze byłyby żeberka
