Chleb pszenny z ziarnami

Ingredients:

1 kg mąki pszennej typ 650
zakwas
3 łyżeczki soli
1 litr wody
1 szkl ziaren słonecznika
1 szkl siemienia lnianego
2 szkl płatków owsianych lub żytnich
25 gram drożdży

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę,sól,ziarna i otręby wsypać do miski.
Drożdże i zakwas rozmieszać w ciepłej wodzie.
Wszystko razem wymieszać(nie musi odstawać od ręki).
Wyłożyć do tortownicy o średnicy 26 cm wysmarowanej olejem
Chleb zmyć wodą- po prostu wygładzić wierzch.
Zostawić na 2-3 godziny do wyrośnięcia.
Odłożyć 2-3 łyżki do słoika na zakwas(przechowywać w lodówce do 3 tygodni).
Piec ok. 1 godziny w temperaturze 200 stopni.

Oto jeszcze ciepły tuż po upieczeniu.

Ilość ziaren została zmniejszona z powodu ich "podjedzenia"

Wygląda wspaniale,uwielbiam chleby własnej roboty ale osobiście wolę chleb na zakwasie.Pozdrawiam

A jak sie robi zakwas ?

Ja dostałam od znajomej i radzę to samo zrobić-popytać może ktoś piecze-niekoniecznie taki chleb jak ten,zakwas może być od innego chleba.Można i samemu zrobić zakwas,ale ja nie próbowałam nigdy,ale w necie jest coś o tym
