Ingredients:

3 kg mlodej cukinii
25 dkg smalcu
1 kg cebuli
1 buteleczka sosu sojowego
2 torebki przyprawy Vegeta special /160g/
2 wieksze konserwy przecieru pomidorowego
1 lyzeczka mielonego chili
25 g mielonego imbiru
3 glowki czosnku

Prepare instructions:

Umyta cukinie wraz ze skorka pokroic w kostke.
Na smalcu przysmazyc cebule, dodac cukinie,przyprawy,w plasterki pokrojony czosnek, sos sojowy i Vegete.
Na wolnym ogniu dusic 30 minut.
Na koniec dodac przecier pomidorowy. Dusic jeszcze 5 min.
Wlozyc do sloikow. Pasteryzowac 20 min. przy temp. 85 stopni.

Swietny sos do podsmazonego miesa, podawany z ryzem.

zrobiłam tą potrawę ...jest rewelacyjna...może skadników nie dodawałam dokładnie trak jak w przepisie,bardziej na oko,ale i tak bardzo dobry jako sos do mięsa.Pomyliłam się i zamiast jednej łyżeczki chili dodałam dwie,wyszło bardzo mocne,ale i tak do pulpetów mięsnych jak dodałam,to rodzinka była w szoku...polecam
