Ingredients:

5-6 sporych kawalkow swiezego imbiru
1/2 szklanki octu /najlepiej ryzowego/
4 lyzki cukru
1 lyzeczka soli
1/4 szklanki wody

Prepare instructions:

Zagotowac zalewe z wody,soli,cukru oraz octu.Chwile gotowac, nastepnie wystudzic.
Imbir obrac, pokroic lub poszatkowac na co najciensze plasterki.
Zagotowac wode, na gotujaca sie wrzucic plasterki imbiru, krotko gotowac /1 min/.
Odlac, wystudzic.
Wlozyc do sloiczkow, zalac zalewa.

Dla uzyskania ladnego rozowego koloru mozna dodac kilka kropli czerwonego barwnika.
Podaje sie do wielu japonskich potraw, glownie do sushi.

Przepis pochodzi od Babi z czeskiego netu.

A u mnie pada i jestem uwieziona w domu wiec sie wyzywam przy komputerze. Jak przestanie to pojde pracowac na dzialke !
