Keftedes - greckie kulki mięsne

Ingredients:

1/2 kg mielonej wołowiny
1 czerstwa bułka
250 ml oleju słonecznikowego
1 jajko
1 średnia cebula
2 ząbki czosnku
sól, pieprz,
oregano
3 łyżki mąki pszennej
150 ml mleka (do namoczenia bułki)

Prepare instructions:

Bułkę namoczyć w mleku, dobrze odcisnąć, wymieszać z mięsem, drobno posiekaną cebulą, przeciśniętym przez praskę czosnkiem, jajkiem i przyprawami. Całość dobrze wymieszać. Powstałą masę włożyć do lodówki na 2 godz. Formować kulki wielkości orzecha włoskiego, obtaczać w mące i smażyć na głębokim, silnie rozgrzanym oleju na złoty kolor. Podawać bezpośrednio po usmażeniu, z dodatkiem różnych sosów.

na cholere wstawiac wyrobiona mase do lodowki nie widze sensu w tym

Jest sens w tym, masa prawdopodobnie - wynika to ze jej składu, jest luźna a po włożeniu do lodówki ochłodzi sie i będzie bardziej zwarta, ot.. i wszystko!!

dankarz już wyjaśniła (dziękuję). Ale dodam jeszcze, że jest to oryginalny przepis grecki, a jak wiesz w Grecji panują inne temperatury. W Polsce można teraz śmiało wystawić na balkon.
