Langosze na dlugie przechowywanie

Ingredients:

1 kg maki
1 bialy jogurt /250 ml/
1 lyzeczka sody spozywczej
1 lyzeczka soli
4 lyzki oleju
40 g drozdzy
1/2 l. mleka

Prepare instructions:

Do miski przesiac make wraz z soda i sola. Dodac rozdrobnione drozdze.
Wlac olej,jogurt,mleko i wyrobic geste ciasto.
Dobrze wyrobione ciasto rozdzielic do dwoch torebek foliowych /ciasto musi
miec sporo miejsca do wyrosniecia/ i ulozyc w lodowce min. na 24 godziny.
Odbierac wg potrzeby, tworzyc cienkie placki w ten sposob by okraje byly troche grubsze niz srodek placka i smazyc na dobrze rozgrzanym oleju w glebszej jego warstwie.
Usmazone langosze posmarowac slona woda zmieszana z olejem i czosnkiem roztartym z sola.

Ciasto to moze byc przechowywane w lodowce nawet do miesiaca.

uzupełnieniePrzynajmniej wg znalezionych róznych receptur.

Przejrzalam kilkadziesiat przepisow na langosze, bardzo popularne tutaj w Czechach. Zaledwie w 3 byly w skladnikach ziemniaki, w jednym przepisie maka z kaszy gryczanej. Przepisy sa bardzo rozne, pewno co kucharz to inny przepis tylko nazwa pozostaje ta sama.
