Ingredients:

150 g masla

400g maki pszennej tortowej

7g suszonych drozdzy

150 g cukru pudru

2 jaja , 1 bialko

1/3 lyzeczka soli

2 lyzki smietany

masa makowa - gotowa - 850 g

Lukier

50g cukru pudru

1 lyzeczka soku z cyryny

Prepare instructions:

Make wymieszaj z sola, cukrem i drozdzami , dodaj pokrojone na kawalki maslo , smietane i jaja, zagniesc ciasto .Gotowe ciasto rozwalkuj cienko w ksztalcie prostokata, posmaruj bialkiem , rozloz rownomiernie mase makowa i zwin jak rolade.

Nastepnie przeloz na prostokatna forme wysmarowana maslem i wysypana bulka tarta, i odstaw na 15 minut w cieple miejsce w celu podrosniecia.

Piec w piekarniku nagrzanym do 170 stopni C przez 40 minut.

Lukier: Cukier puder utrzec z sokiem z cytryny i polac makowiec.

Lub mozna posypac tylko cukrem pudrem .

Makowiec wychodzi bardzo smaczny i dlugo zachowuje swiezosc.

Beznadzieja. Makowiec dosłownie wylał się z blaszki. Nie miał szansy upiec się. Dlaczego?
