Ingredients:

Ciasto:
25 dag margaryny
½ szklanki miodu
1 szklanka cukru
5 jajek
3 ½ szklanki mąki
2 łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej
Krem:
¾ litra mleka
¾ szklanki cukru
7 łyżek kaszy manny
20 dag masła
12 dag margaryny
sok z dwóch cytryn
Do dekoracji:
kolorowe cukierki

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę, miód i cukier zagotować. Ostudzić. Do masy dodać jajka, mąkę i sodę oczyszczoną. Ciasto wyrobić i podzielić na 3 części. Każdą część ciasta upiec osobno w wysmarowanej tłuszczem prostokątnej formie o wymiarach 25 na 36 cm. Piec przez ok. 12 minut w temperaturze 160-170 °C.

Mleko zagotować z cukrem. Do gotującego się mleka wsypać kaszę mannę. Trochę pogotować mieszając. Ostudzić.

Masło utrzeć z margaryną na puszystą masę. Następnie dodawać stopniowo kaszę mannę i sok z cytryn.

Kremem przełożyć upieczone placki. Wierzch ciasta posypać kolorowymi cukierkami.

Smacznego.

czy ciasto na fotografii jest dokładnie z tego przepisu? czy tego kremu faktycznie wychodzi tak duzo?
