PIEGUSEK z kremem kokosowym

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
- 30 dag mąki;
- 30 dag cukru;
- 4 jaja;
- 25 dkg margaryny;
- szklanka maku;
- 1 szklanka mleka;
- 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia.

Krem:
- 2 szlanki mleka;
- 3 łyżki mąki krupczatki;
- 8 łyżek wiórków kokosowych;
- kostka masła;
- 1 szklanka cukru pudru.

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO:
Margarynę ucieramy z żółtkami i cukrem, po czym dodajemy przesianą mąkę wymieszaną z prozkiem do pieczenia. Następnie dodajemy mak, dalej ucierając.
Do ucieranej masy wlewamy mleko. Na koniec dodajemy ubitą pianę z białek.
Pieczemy ok. 40 minut w temp. 180-200.

KREM:

Gotujemy szklankę mleka. W drugiej szklance roztrzepujemy mąkę i wiórki kokosowe. Wlewamy to do gotującego się mleka, intensywnie mieszając aż całość osiągnie konsystencję budyniu.
Masło ucieramy mikserem na pulchną masę, dodając cukier puder, a następnie po łyżce ostudzonego budyniu.

Gdy ostygnie ciasto, przekładamy je kremem, a następnie wstawiamy do lodówki do zastygnięcia.

domyślam się że do ciasta dajesz 25dkg tłuszczu a nie tylko 25g czy jestem w błedzie?
