Ingredients:

25 dkg bialego sera

25 dkg maki pszennej

25 masla lub margaryny

2-3 lyzki cukru pudru

KIka lyzek marmolady lub dzemu

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Ser pokruszyc do miski, dodac make, pokrojone w kawalki maslo lub margaryne oraz cukier puder i wyrobic gladkie ciasto. Odstawic do lodowki na ok.20 min. Ciasto podzielic na trzy czesci, kazda z nich rozwalkowac na grubosc ok.3mm i wykroic duze kolo (np: za pomoca talerza). Kazde kolo podzielic na 8 czesci. Na kazdy trojkat nakladac troszke marmolady lub dzemu z szerszej strony i zwijac do wierzcholka.

Piec 20-25 min w temp.180 st C. Posypac cukrem pudrem. Smacznego!

Mozna tez kroic ciasto w kwadraty ok 6cm, klasc na srodek marmolade i sklejac dwa przeciwne rogi. Powstana tzw. koperty.

Mam pytanie ,drozdze czy proszek na czym wyrastaja te rogaliki?

Ani proszek, ani drozdze. Ciastka wyrastaja bez tych dodatkow, bialy ser dziala cuda:) Pozdrawiam!
