Śledź pieczarkowy

Ingredients:

6 płatów śledzia (matias)-wymoczony>"śledź mozaikowy")
30 dag pieczarek
15 dag cebuli
250 ml oleju słonecznikowego
20 ziaren pieprzu zielonego,świeżo zmielonego
oregano, bazylia,estragon ilości wg upodobań
1 łyżka grubo pokrojonej natki pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Płaty śledzia ( po wymoczeniu i "wyciśnięciu" wody) pokroić w poprzek na
1-2 cm kawałki, przesypać przyprawami,pietruszka ..i-odstawić.
Pieczarki obrać, pokroić w 3-5 mm plasterki wrzucić do wrzątku(nie solić) na 3-5 minut, przelać zimną przegotowana wodą, ostudzić. Cebulę pokroić w piórka. Trochę oleju dobrze podgrzać na patelni , wrzucić cebulę, podgrzewać mieszając lekko, aż cebula się lekko(!) zeszkli.
Szybko ostudzić, wrzucić razem z ostudzonymi pieczarkami do śledzia,wymieszać dolać resztę oleju, jeśli trzeba wiecej dolać ..to można.

Odstawić na 4 godziny i...smacznego

robię podobne śledziki, tylko jeszcze odrobinę skrapiam je octem, dla zaostrzenia smaku, muszę spróbować tak jak w Twoim przepisie, napewno są pycha. Pozdrówka
