Tarta ze szpinakiem

Ingredients:

Składniki ciasta:
200 g mąki,
125 g masła lub margaryny,
1 żółtko,
szczypta soli, składniki farszu:
750 g szpinaku,
3 jajka,
150 g śmietanki,
szczypta soli, pieprzu, gałki muszkatołowej,
100-200 g chudego wędzonego boczku

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę przesiać, dodać tłuszcz, żółtko i sól; stopniowo dodając zimną wodę (1/3 szklanki), posiekać wszystko nożem. Szybko zagnieść na jednolitą masę. Położyć w chłodne miejsce na minimum 30 minut. Szpinak (może być mrożony) ugotować w osolonej wodzie, drobno posiekać, dodać roztrzepane 3 jajka i śmietankę oraz przyprawy. Ciasto rozwałkować kilkakrotnie składając, uformować okrągły placek o średnicy ok. 30 cm i grubości 5 mm. Ułożyć w formie wysmarowanej tłuszczem i wysypanej tartą bułką. Masę szpinakową umieścić równomiernie na całej powierzchni, posypać kawałkami wędzonego boczku lub szynki. Piec 20 minut w dość gorącym piekarniku (ok. 200 stopni C).

Powinno sie najpierw upiec chwilę ciasto (wyłożone fasolą, by nie urosło) a potem peic przez jakiś czas ze szpinakiem. Ale przepis bardzo fajny!!!

Czy można zamiast śmietany dodać jogurt ?
