2-2,5 kg duzych ziemniakow,
500 g miesa mielonego,
2 srednie cebule,
2 jajka,
2 zabki czosnku,
majeranek,sol,pieprz,
maslo do formy.

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrac,zetrzec na tarce o malych oczkach,odsaczyc na sicie nadmiar soku.Polaczyc z miesem mielonym.Dodac jajka,cebule starkowana lub drobno pokrojona,przecisniety czosnek,doprawic do smaku sola,pieprzem i majerankiem.
Wylozyc na wysmarowana blache maslem i piec w 180°C 1 godzine i 15 minut.

Mozna tez upiec ja dzien wczesniej,a na drugi dzien podsmazyc na patelni.

też robię taka babkę jescze niedawno był tu przepis na babę ziemniaczana zwaną blinem niestety juz jej nie ma ale ja sobie wczesniej wydrukowałam, serio jest pyszna polecam wszsytkim autorka polecała dodać jeszcez gorąsego mleka, dzięi za przepis
