Błyskawiczne ciasto bez jajek i cukru

Ingredients:

1 szklanka mąki pszennej

1 szklanka mąki razowej/pełnoziarnistej pszennej lub orkiszowej

1 szklanka daktyli suszonych bez pestek

1 szklanka oliwy lub oleju

1/2 szklanki mleka (zwykłego lub roślinnego)

1 płaska łyżeczka sody oczyszczonej

1 płaska łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

1 kopiata łyżka karobu (lub 2 łyżki kakao)

1 kopiata łyżka rodzynek

1 porządna łyżka powideł lub dowolnego dżemu

(w wersji absolutnie rozpustnej dodatkowo 100g roztopionej czekolady gorzkiej)

Prepare instructions:

Daktyle w szklance zalać wrzątkiem i zostawić na kilka minut.

Do miski wsypać mąkę, karob (kakao), proszek do pieczenia i wymieszać. Dodać zmiksowane namoczone daktyle, oliwę, sodę rozpuszczoną w mleku, rodzynki i powidła. Zmiksować krótko i przelać do formy (ok. 20x30cm).

Piec w 180 stopniach około 40 minut.

Mam świetny przepis na daktylowe ciacho z mikrofali A to do normalnego pieczenia wygląda naprawdę smakowicie!!! Dodaję do ulubionych.
