Ingredients:

Pól kg. mięsa bez kości,pół kg.pieczarek,1 mała cebula,
2-3 korniszony,1 szklanka śmietany,trochę mąki,2-3 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego,1
szklanka rosołu z kostki,masło roślinne do smarzenia,sól,pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Mięso krajać w drobną kostkę,posolić,popieprzyć i
obrumienić na maśle.Przełożyć do rondla
podlać wodą i dusić do miękkości.Gdy miękkie odparować cały sos.Pieczarki
poszatkować drobno i podrumienić na maśle,dodać
do mięsa.Cebulę utrzeć na drobnej tarce (ma być tylko
chuch cebuli) i dodać do
mięsa wraz z posiekanymi
drobno korniszonami.Mąkę
wymieszać ze śmietaną,dodać
koncentrat i wystudzony rosół
z kostki.Wszystko wymieszać i sosem zalać mięso z pieczarkami.Raz zagotować mieszając dość często.Podawać z pieczywem.

Bradzo smaczny ! ! ! Robiłam już kilka razy i za każdym razem goście bardzo zachwalali. P O L E C A M ! ! !

Wlasnie go zrobilam i jest palce lizac dodalam tylko pare oliwek(wiem,wiem nie powinno sie tego robic ale ja kocham oliwki).Nawet tesciu ktory nie je rzeczy ze smietana sie skusil.

Przenidgy w życiu nie jedliście dobrej potrawy, skoro piszecie takie głupoty :(

A autor nie ma pojęcia co to dobre jedzenie w ogóle!, a ta potrawa jest pyszna, ale z pewnością nie z tego przepisu! W tym "wydaniu" jest nie do przyjęcia !
