Bruschetta toskanska - z bazylia i pomidorami

Ingredients:

1 bagietka (lub inne pszenne pieczywo, ew. ciabatta)
5-6 pomidorow
peczek bazylii (mozna zastapic pietruszka)
1 duza cebula (najlepiej czerwona)
czosnek ( ok 3 zabkow)
oliwa z oliwek
sol
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Pomidory obieramy ze skorki (jak komus nie przeszkadza to mozna zostawic skorke) i kroimy w drobniutka kosteczke. Dodajemy do nich posiekane ziola, cebulke, polewamy obficie oliwa, solimy i pieprzymy. Odstawiamy na kolo godzine aby smaki sie przegryzly.

Bagietke kroimy na sredniej grubosci kromki, polewamy po obu stronach oliwa i kladziemy na sucha, goraca patelnie. Smazymy z obu stron, az pieczywo bedzie zlociste.
Po zdjeciu bagietki z patelni nacieramy kromki czosnkiem (wystarczy przeciac zabek na pol). Nastepnie nakladamy pomidory (pokazna kopke).

Przepyszne lekkie, toskanskie danie. Najlepiej smakuje z sezonowyh pomidorow .
Bardziej ekonomiczna wersja z pietruszka jest rownie przepyszna

Widzisz kochana tutaj u nas Bruschetta jest robiona na miliony roznych sposobow-ja lubie moj sposob
przepraszam ale powinnas dodac do przepisu ze to jest tradycyjna toskanska bruschetta.Pozdrawiam Kaska

Ja jestem również miłośniczką włoskiego jedzonka i napewno ten przepisik również wypróbuję. Pozdrawiam i dzięki za przepis.
