Mniej wiecej dla 4 osob
8 dojrzalych brzoskwin
3/4szklanki miodu
pol lyzeczki mielonego cynamonu
lyzka masla
sok z polowy cytryny

przyjmujemy ze szklanka to 250ml

Prepare instructions:

Brzoskwinie umyc,obrac ze skorki,polowe pokroic w kostke,reszte-na pol.Odlozyc 2 lyzki miodu,pozostaly gotowac z pokrojonymi w kostke brzoskiniami i cynymonem na srednim ogniu okolo 15 minut.Po ugotowaniu zmiksowac.W rondelku roztopic maslo,dodac reszte miodu oraz sok z cytryny,zagotowac.Wlozyc polowki brzoskwin i podgrzewac przez 5 min na duzym ogniu.Zalac syropem ze zmiksowanych brzoskwin i podawac na cieplo jako deser.Mozna dodac kilka kleksow smietany ale to nie jest konieczne.

Mam pytanko.To ma BYĆ TRZY CZWARTE SZKLANKI CZY PO PROSTU 4 LUB 3 PEŁNE SZKLANKI?????

To ma byc trzy czwarte szklanki miodu .Mysle ze dobrze napisalam ten ulamek na komputerze,gdybym napisala 3-4 szklanki to wtedy byloby wiadomo chyba ze to od 3 do 4 szklanek a wstawiajac linie ukosny to ulamek nie wiem czy dobrzue ja to rozumuje ale inaczej zapisac ulamka nie potrafilam.
